VTA on CM

I would like to update the CMs (4.1.3sr5d) copy of VTA (or UVA as it's now
called) right now the version on CCMuser is ver 1 and i would like it to be
version 2. I also have a broken Icon on the VTA download on CCMuser. How
do I fix that (TAC supported option please ;-)?
