Hello All

CCM Cluster - 4.2(3)
UCCX (IPCC Express Premium) 4.0(5)
Cisco Agent Desktop 6.1(5)

We are kicking around the idea of going to a linux based OS on our call
center PCs.

Is there a version of things such as cisco Agent Desktop, Supervisor
Desktop, etc. that are supported on a linux based system vs. a windows
based system.

Is anyone doing this?

Thanks again

CAD 7.1 does support some web based stuff. I haven't used it, but you need
ICM Enterprise for that. (I forgot the uccx name for it. Thats what I get
for being on vacation!)
