Author Dead Air - Related to DSP/Ch 1/10:1

Oh what a night! Ok so I have another strange problem I am facing. I have
a 3745 MGCP gateway with inbound only PRI. Every now and then when I place
a call to one of the main numbers on that PRI I get dead air.

I see the call hit the gateway via q931 debug, I see it hit a second gateway
that is tied to an old pbx that handles this particular set of users for
this number.

Things show them as connected but I don't here the greeting or anything, its
just dead air.

After troubleshooting for a while and being able to replicate the dead air
every now and then, the one thing I notice the calls have in common when I
hit the dead air is this DSP/Ch 1/10:1

Other calls which hit DSP/Ch 's such as 1/9:2 and 1/9:4 and so on work.

It seems to be related to the "/10:" portion of the DSP/Ch.

I have run the "test dsp" command on 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4 selecting the option 1
"query dsp resource and status". Results only came back for 1 and 3 and all
the results said dsp x is alive.

Not sure what else to do at this point so any suggestions would be
appreciated.
