The default in Unity is set that a subscriber must listen to the message in
it's entirety, before the MWI light is turned off. Meaning if they only
"partially" listen to the message and hang up, the MWI light remains lit.
Is there anyway to change this (to make MWI turn off on messages being
partially listened to)?

In SAWeb, on the Conversation tab for the user, check 'Mark a message as
saved upon hangup or disconnection'.

Thanks, Pat. I also noted the server-wide configuration for the same item
that you pointed out on the Advanced Settings in the Tools Depot. I
appreciate the help!

Dave
