Hi all, I'm in need of a little help,

I am using CRS 4.0(4) and am having an issue using the client-side
Historical Reports plug-in where I cannot print to a network printer.
It goes to the printer selected but nothing prints. It does however
print to a local printer and I can print to a PDF without any issues. I
have spoke with cisco and they told me that there is not fix for this
issue as of yet, but it seems like it should be an easy fix and was
wondering if anyone else has this problem or knew of a way to fix it.
