Author configuring eight FXO ports as a trunkgroup

I am going to be installing eight phone lines into FXO
ports for a CCME/CUE installation and was wondering
what is the maximum number of voice ports you can
place in a trunk group?

Am I making this setup more complicated than needed/is
there an easier way of grouping these lines together
to be manipulated as a single logical entity?

Paul

No, the trunk-group command is definitely the way to go, especially if
you don't want to create 50 dial peers...

And I am not aware of a max, I have done it with 16 ports before...

Jonathan,

Thanks! I wasn't sure if there was a maximum so I
wanted to ask just in case so I wouldn't have to go
through the pain of configuring two-bit hacks on-site.

Sincerely,
Paul
