Author ipcc express agent problem

Me again J I also am running into a problem where one of my
supervisors are unable to "go ready" with the agent. She clicks the
button to "go ready", it flashes for a second, then puts her in
"reserved" state. This is the only user of 30 in that queue this is
happening to.



Any tips appritiated!

Check to make sure she does not have a shared line appearance (or the
same number on her phone twice).

Windows Firewall on? have you checked which CSQ she is in?
