| My dedicated MoH server decided it needed a rest, and we started hearing
two beeps when on Hold this morning instead of Lionel Richie
While resetting the MoH service is the easy fix, any ideas what happened
to break MoH/IP Voice Media Streaming?

I checked the Event Viewer logs and in the early night it did this;

RecommendedAction: Configure the database properly..
