Resetting a CTI Route Point

| I have a single DID that is being redirected to our receptionist. Is
there any reason why I should not reset the Route Point which comes up
as "not found".

Subject: [cisco-voip] cisco IP Voice Media Streaming App > Unable to
GetNodeName.
My dedicated MoH server decided it needed a rest, and we started hearing
two beeps when on Hold this morning instead of Lionel Richie
While resetting the MoH service is the easy fix, any ideas what happened
to break MoH/IP Voice Media Streaming?

I checked the Event Viewer logs and in the early night it did this;
Event Type: Error
Event Source: cisco MOH Audio Translator

Error: ERROR: Unable to GetNodeName.

Description:
Error: kDBCheckDblGetNodeNameFailed - Database layer select my process
node failure.

Cluster ID: StandAloneCluster
Node ID: 10.20.29.30
Explanation: The database layer was unable to find/determine the current
node on which this service is running.
Recommended Action: Configure the database properly..

| If the CTI route point is only used for redirection, it will never
register. You should only worry about CTI Route Points not registering
when they are controlled by a CTI application (i.e. ER, UCCX, third
party apps etc).
