| Hello,
We are trying to setup a system where we have three
CCME+CUE systems hooked together by T1 across the WAN.
We want customers to be able to navigate through the
system and when they want public information...they
can press a phone button and then be transferred to
the central CCME location where there will be one
united front of information for the company to record
as opposed to having to record this same information
once per each site. Is it possible to transfer a
caller that requests this information to another
automated attendant pilot? I think it is off the top
of my head but I just wanted to hear anyone that has
had any experiences with a similar situation.
