Do you have NIC teaming enabled? This happened to me before and it
turned out that someone had enabled NIC teaming but didn't configure it
in the fault tolerant mode (active/passive) they had it in an
active/active state.

Subject: [cisco-voip] New Unity VMAIL Only w/ Exchange, can't record
messages,names or prompts...

New install of 4.2(1) vmail only... Exchange 2000 and Win2K...

When subscribers go for self-enrollment, they can't record their name
(they do, but the system doesn't hear it)... Also, if you try to leave
messages, no message is left (the system just doesn't seem to be hearing
it)...

Unity is able to receive DTMF for the CHs... but not human speech...

Any ideas?

Jonathan
