srst-2.0.zip - where is it?

| Anyone know where I might be able to find the srst-2.0.zip file? It's supposed to contain a sample AA script that I would like to use. The 3.x versions don't contain any reference to auto-attendants.

| No idea... I just checked and it ain't in the CME load...
There is a TCL script in the CME tar file, in a sub-tar tar file called,
cme-b-acd-2.1.0.0.tar and that has some acd tcl scripts...
But while we are chatting, in SRST mode, we get an error on the phone about
the Ringlist.xml...
Should I pull this from a CME tar?

| When do you see this error? I haven't seen that error in my testing of srst 3.3

| You're getting that error because CCME is looking for
RingList.xml. That file comes with the Ringtone.tar
file. This file as well as DistinctiveRingList.xml are
essential if you want to use custom ring tones.
First you must have those two XML files available on
your flash drive. Second put the ringtones you want on
the flash drive. Third, edit the XML files to list the
ring tones you want. Lastly, you must make the XML
files AND the ring tone files available to the IP
phones via tftp-server flash:<filename> or you will
continue to get that error.
The 'tftp-server' command is your best friend when
working with CCME.
