Author CallManager 5.1 Disaster Recovery message...

So, I am getting the following message when I try to configure a backup
using the Disaster Recovery System in CallManager 5.1

I have now seen this on two different systems...

When I configure features for backup, I get this message:

"No registered features found"

And I cannot configure a backup...

The online help offers none.

I searched the cisco forums and Google, no reference to this message or what
to do about it...

Anyone have any ideas?

OK, apparently you need to try the alternatives...

For some reason I was poking about in the CLI and typed this:

utils disaster_recovery configure_features CCM

and got back:

drfCLIMsg: Update successful

And went back to the DRS via the web and the CCM and CAR/CDR features were
listed and CCM was checked...

We will try a backup and see what happens...

Strange behavior... I will try the same fix on the other CCM5 cluster and
see if it fixes it there too...

BTW, the above was done on a CCM5.1.1a box... the other is 5.1.1b...

So, apparently, there IS a need to play in the CLI on CCM5...
