| Hi,
we finally did the upgrade yesterday evening. All went fine except, of course, the Attendant Console...
Now we're going to reinstall the new plug-in from the CCM 5.1 server, but I have one question before doing this... The person who uses the AC created a lot of groups with telephone numbers of lot of places,etc... This information, where is it stored: in the CCM or in local? Is this info migrated or the user has to reenter all this information again?

Yes, I assume worst case, but normally, is it enough with reinstalling the plug-in?

You are definitely going to need to update the executable... just go to the new plugins page (after the upgrade) and download the new one (it will automatically uninstall the old one).
