Author cordless and shared line appearance

I have a client who is using an Aastra phone that has both a handset and a
cordless (not wifi) and both show the same 3 lines. The firmware on the
phone is bad enough that calls put on hold on the cordless drop the call on
the handset. Aastra has acknowledged the issue and is working on it (for
months now). I am trying to see how this can be accomplished in a similar
fashion but with other hardware and phones. They are running CME on a 2610XM
(very small outfit). I would like to have a handset and a cordless (not
wifi) where I can simulate this same activity that the Aastra set is doing.
Is it possible to share line appearances with say a SIP phone and a cordless
analog phone out of an FXS port? Mobility of 1 of the users is mandatory but
they both need to be ringing the same extensions always. I thought that
maybe a ring group as well might suffice. Has anyone out there put analog
devices in the same ring groups as a SIP phone with much success? Does
anyone out there have a better suggestion on how to accomplish this?

Thanks!

Curt
