Hello All,We have more than call manager with more than administrator user & MLA is enabled.

I want to get a log file to inform me that "who login when and what he did ?"

I got a file "who login when and which link was accessed by him" ... and find another log file says which service was updated when.

- Is there a standard way or process at any CCM versions like that without add on applications ? "who login when and what he did".

- Is there any separate Software facilitates these outputs "Like cisco Works.. " ?

Thanks for all,
Wael Ahmed

You may want to check the archives, Erick Bergquist posted a bunch of ways
to check IIS log files to see who did what and when...
