I going to be deploying a large number of cisco 7960 and 7961 phones
over the next few months and anticipate a lot of headset requests. Many
will want wireless as well.

Anyone care to recommend a good set and / or experiences?

I have used various plantronics models with great success. The bluetooth 510 and the CS50 both work well.

I would first recommend that you stick with 61s if
possible because they're third generation and support
more features. I would secondly recommend the
Cisco-approved Plantronics headsets that work very
well with cisco IP phones. As for 7920s, wireless IP
phones, that's a wholly different ballgame that I've
not played in before so I can't say anything
intelligent about it.

We have had pretty good luck with the GN netcom's. But they are about
the same price as the plantronics so it kind of a toss up.
