New Message Monitor: Listen to and pick up calls while a message is being recorded
Can anyone tell me what version supports this and if they've used it successfully?

| I'm on Unity 4.2 and CM 4.1.3 and testing it out among the IT department.
It works pretty well especially if you use it with the iDivert. If I see a
possible sales call, I iDivert them and listen to hear who is leaving a
voicemail.

| It doesn't seem scalable to me though. You have to add all the associated devices to the user assigned.
We have over 3500 devices I would want to deploy this on.
Have I got something wrong?

Cluster of 4 right now. Pretty cool but not ready for production.

| Strange how the document says for CCM versions 4.1(3) or later but it is
not supported in 5.0. Does this not work in 5.0 or 5.1 or is it just not
supported?

Subject: Re: [cisco-voip] message monitor in Unity4.?
I'm on Unity 4.2 and CM 4.1.3 and testing it out among the IT
department. It works pretty well especiallyif you use it with the
iDivert. If I see a possible sales call, I iDivert them and listen to
hear who is leaving a voicemail.

New Message Monitor: Listen to and pick up calls while a message
is being recorded
Can anyone tell me what version supports thisand if they've
used it successfully?
Thanks, Lelio

| I think it doesn't work b/c Unity 4.2.1 Message Monitor first look uses
DeviceListX.
I would expect that the Message Monitor equivalent in Unity 5.0 will work
with CCM 5.x
