Heads up: DST bug affects Australia as well?

Phones are running 8.2(1), CM and OS are patched with the DST fix.

Just got an email from our Sydney office, which uses the centralized CM
in the U.S. They just came out of DST, and the phones have the wrong
time - off by an hour.

Sigh.
