| Has anyone every seen this?
CM 4.1.3es100
During validation I get:
Validate Phone File 3/26/2007 9:33:13 AM
File Name: SS3.txt
Result Summary:
Validate for 0 Phones passed
Validate for 1 Phones failed
Device Name Error Code
Error Description
------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------
001AA18EF919 Length
of MAC Address must be less than 12 characters
During the install I got:
INSERT PHONE 3/26/2007 9:38:18 AM
File Name: SS3.txt
Result Summary:
Insert for 0 PHONE passed
Insert for 1 PHONE failed
Failure Details :
Device Name Error Code Error Description
------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------
SEP001AA18EF919 -2147219916 CDBLException Dump: [The
specified device name is not valid for the specified device class,
product, and model.]
This is a 7941 and I have verified the Mac Address. I scanned it in
with 170 other phones and all the other ones have been working. Any
ideas?

| I have seen this if there is a space in the name
open the csv file and take a look there should be no spaces between the
commas and the MAC address

| Thanks...... I was using Excel and didn't see the spaces. Opened in
Notepad deleted spaces and worked. THANKS
