Hi

I'm planning a CM 4.1 to 5.1 upgrade. According to the system guide after
the upgrade I need to copy the text of the auto-generated license file and
paste it "On the License Registration window of CCO website". Can someone
post the URL for this website? I don't see any way to do this from the
product activation link I normally use for licensing.

Thanks

www.cisco.com/go/license Click on the "please click here for available
licenses" link. This will bring you to another page where you can click on
the CallManager link.

The direct link is
https://tools.cisco.com/SWIFT/Licen...rvlet?FormId=80
6. This may be subject to change so go from the main license page if it has
issues.

Before you get your license, get the MAC from the server (not what you think
it is, but what the server thinks it is).

Go to IPT Platform (after the upgrade), and look at the network settings,
this is the MAC you need.
