Well we use *67 here at a Police Station to block outgoing Caller ID, so
maybe you can transmogrify it to fit your needs.

The Route pattern in CCM looks thusly:

9.*67[2-9]XXXXXX

Don't know if that helps you or not. But in testing, it definitely works.
