Author Unity user won't die

I have two Unity 4.0.5 UM servers (digitally networked).

The old server "PBX" use to have a user "A" but does not anymore. New
Server "CM" thinks user "A" is still on "PBX" I try using Bulk
Subscriber Delete but the user is not there on the PBX Unity server.

How do I add this user to the new CM unity server?

Thanks

Scott

don't forget, deleting a user on Unity does not delete them from AD. you have to go into AD and delete the user.

You're saying the CM server either doesn't see the account or thinks it
is still on the old server? You could use the Global Subscriber Manager:

http://www.ciscounitytools.com/App_GSM4x.htm

to try to move it to the new server or, probably more easy, you could
run the 'Remove Subscriber Properties' tool and do a clean import of the
user:

I got some help from Rasim and the only thing that finally finished it
off was the bunny killer. Then recreate the VM box on the new Unity
server.

Thanks all
