| So, a phone rings, but all the line states show idle... then another and
another and another... every phone rings, no notice that a call is coming
in, except for the ringing... you cannot answer the call, if you go off
hook, you select an unused line...
So, I am not sure how to search for bugs for CME... found nothing by IOS and
you can't select CME from the other products box...

Hi, could you please give more details? Perhaps you
could provide some of the output you're receiving from
the gateway.
Are you using 'show voice port summary' to show the
line states?

| No, I am looking at the phones when a phantom call comes in... there is an
empty box (no call info) and none of the lines are flashing or doing the
little phone ringing dance...
There is nothing on the router itself...
