I downgraded some phones last night to get my broadcast paging working.

Now I have some phones that didn't booted up but display a "invalid
protocol" on the screen. They have unplugged and plugged back in and
still no good. How do I fix this? I only reset 50 phones at a time so
it shouldn't have been an overwhelmed TFTP server.

Thoughts?

Scott

invalid protocal comes up usually when SSON 150 is not set in the DHCP scope

Here's some info, though pretty old. How far back did you downgrade?
