| Hi Folks,
Last week we here at cisco published a new set of documents on cisco.com
to help with troubleshooting end-to-end Unified Communications systems.
Check out the main link here:
09186a00807f54aa.shtml)
Click on any component in the diagram to get links to configuration
steps for different aspects of the network. Our goal here was to
provide configuration examples and troubleshooting steps for most items
involved in the Unified Communication system.
If you have any feedback, please use the yellow feedback form on the
left side of the document if it is directed to an individual document.
A real person does go through and read each and every one of the
feedbacks submitted there. If you have any additional thoughts about
these documents or something we can do to improve them, please feel free
to contact me directly. I hope this is helpful to you both in
maintaining and troubleshooting your production systems as well as
studying for cisco certification courses.
Best Regards,
David McDaniel

| David,
Let me be the first to thank you for keeping the list up to date on this. While we can appreciate the 'unofficial' support that the list gets from Cisco, it's great to get updates like this. If you've been on the list for any amount of time, you'll find that the list is mostly self-sufficient, however, if we can be on Cisco's radar in the future that would be most appreciated.
Plus, I like the documentation.
Lelio
