Phone Keeps Ringing after being Answered

| I have two users, both with 7940G phones, 8.0(4) loads, who are the members
of a line group hit by a hunt pilot (branch office main number). They are
reporting that, from time to time, they will answer a call from the hunt
pilot, but the phone will continue to ring, even though RTP has been
established with the inbound caller.
They say that it happens most often when the caller is on a cell phone, but
I am not sure whether that is relevant.
We are running CCM 4.1(3)sr4d. The DNs for the line group are 2nd DNs on
both of these phones. There are no shared lines in use here.
Anybody have any experience with this? Could this be CSCsf30327? The
details don't quite seem to match...

| That bug was filed against the 7941/61 phones so should not be
applicable to you. Is it a broadcast line group and if so which phone
(s) continue to ring after the call is answered?
I'd say look at the CCM traces to see if CM is trying to tell the
other phone to stop ringing. Sounds worthy of a TAC SR though.
