How to make the softkey Msgs disappear even if it is

Hi,
i am running CCM 5.0(4)
i want to make this softkey disappear but i don't know how!! It is not
in the softkey layout.

En Plus,
i would like to know why on a 7961 phone with 2 7914, the sign that uses
for BLF is a phone on a top of the keypad (the sign for unknown or a
speed dial)!!
That makes the sign really hard to read.

Any ideas?
