| Just installed Unity 4.2 Unified Messaging for a customer, and Unity is
playing all of the messages in their inbox (including email).
Customer wants system to JUST play voicemails thru the phone... is there any
way to change that?

| That is to read email messages.
Unity is currently telling users that they have email, saying when they
received it... it doesn't try to read their email....
Customer wants to block this.

| OK, I just checked another system.... it tells them how many messages then
gives them an option to play voicemails and emails... the one I just
installed didn't... how do I set this up to do this?

are pissing off the users...

| OK, so I bulk changed everyone to not do the emails, however, some people
still get the prompt that they have over 100 unread messages and 100 saved
messages.
How do I force this change to everyone???
