User Guide for 7941/7961 now showing up on CCMUser page

Hi,

I have a CCM running with 4.2(1) sr1b and 7911G, 7941G and 7961G. For the
7911G I have the option to see the "View the User Guide for your phone"
option on the CCMUser page. For the 7941G and 7961G that's not visible. I'm
using a locale other than the default (US) one. Could that be the issue?
