Has a customer who couldn't stop CSA via the GUI in services.msc in 2003
Server (UCCE ICM/PG/AQ)it just showed stopping but would never stop.
Instead we found net stop csa from dos command line worked. Anyone seen
this before? Known bug? -jason

I have seen it get stuck stopping from the services.msc once or twice. Not as much as www getting stuck though.

When this happens with any recent CSA version it means there is an =

active terminal service session where the CSA popup window requesting =

confirmation that you want to shut down the service is waiting for =

user input.
