Having to net stop CSA versus services.msc ?

| Has a customer who couldn't stop CSA via the GUI in services.msc in 2003
Server (UCCE ICM/PG/AQ)it just showed stopping but would never stop.
Instead we found net stop csa from dos command line worked. Anyone seen
this before? Known bug? -jason

| I have seen it get stuck stopping from the services.msc once or twice. Not as much as www getting stuck though.

| When this happens with any recent CSA version it means there is an =
active terminal service session where the CSA popup window requesting =
confirmation that you want to shut down the service is waiting for =
user input.
