thanx ryan..

i agree with you..that's what i'm thinking also..

the problem is there shouldn't be any codec mismatch etc..

i have two separate systems - ccm4.1 and ccm4.2, which are configured
identically..

both using the same gatekeeper..

one of them works - ccm4.1..

another doesn't - ccm4.2..

all the device pools use g711 codec..

so, that's the reason i was asking have anybody experienced something like
that ( maybe it's a bug ) or something..

thanx..

Sinisa,
what do you have in the CCM traces. There should be the reason why calls
are failing. Also, do you have MTP check box "checked" on the H.323 GK
controled trunk

Do you have any debugging on GNU. If not, put cisco IOS router and make
another testing with debugging turned on.

If call fails because of codec mismatch you should see that in the h.323
logs. H.245 negotiation will failand you will have description. Also,
you may put a ethereal and capture the packeks.

Also, double check do you have fast start enable on the CCM 4.2. I think
that this is a default for 4.2(1). Mabye GNU has a trouble in Media
Negotiation process with the fast start. I am not sure but I think that
fast start is enabled on the CCM 4.2 by default. Try to disable it and
make testing and capture the logs.
