Hello

I am planing the upgrade from our Callmanager 3.3(4) to 4.2(3). Is there a
specific order I have to follow when I install the upgrades?

The planed path for the publisher upgrade looks like this:
Update Callmanager to 4.2(3)
Update JTAPI
Update Extended Services to 3.5
Configure Extended Services
Update Extended Services to 3.5 SR2
Update BAT to 5.2(3a)
Update TAPS
Install Locals 4.2.1.3000
Install CCM 4.2(3) SR2

The planed path for the subscribers upgrade looks like this:
Update Callmanager to 4.2(3)
Install Locals 4.2.1.3000
Install CCM 4.2(3) SR2
