Has anyone upgraded to 5.1(2) yet, just wondered if anyone had any
issues with it.

Well, apparently CCM 5 defaults to G.729 for inter-region communications (
G.711 for Intra-region)... This was my first CCM5 multi-site deployment, and
this was the first site that didn't have a CM at it.

We changed the default to 711 for the time being until we can get some
transcoding resources deployed.

Hi all,

tried to upgrade a customer from 5.1(1)ES08 to 5.1(2) over the weekend.
I finally had to revert back to the old version, because all pickup
group fields in lines and huntpilots where set to "null".

Most likely I am hitting CSCsi91071, though it seems odd that such a bug
would slip into the release.
Can anyone from cisco enlighten on CM5 version numbers?
Is 5.1(2.9901.2) a version that comes before or after 5.1(2.1000.11)
(which is the released cm 5.1(2) I believe)?

Regards
bernhard

Hi all,

well, at least I am not the only one experiencing this issue.

I have a open tac case on this (606091409), I'll keep the list posted on
the outcome.
Thanks god for the 2 partitions on cm5 installations ;-)

5.1(2.9901.2) means it will be in 5.1(3).

If you have a TAC SR then ask them to get it included in a 5.1(2)ES.
