Dear All,
I'm appling a new cisco IPTelephony system my voice geatway is cisco router and I'm using E1 Interface
the problem is the destance between my company and the Telecom exchange is about 5Km so the max bandwidth I have is 512K
So I need to know can I use this channels only?
what is the router configuration ?
By the way I'm using paradyne two units 7996 (DSL/G703)

E1 CAS or E1 PRI?

If E1 CAS, it shouldn't be an issue, just allocate just those
timeslots... (maybe).

If E1 PRI, then no, cuz you need channels 15 and 30 as D-channels, and
I don't see how this could work.
