Author using route as DHCP server

I'm considering using our SRST router as our DHCP server, however, I'm seeing something I don't like and I'm hoping I can configure things to 'fix' it.

I configured a loopback address on the router and I'm using that as the IP helper address on the remote router. The phone gets everything it needs, but when I look at the network settings, the DHCP address listed is the interface of the router through which the response came through, not the loopback address.

I would have thought since the request was sent to the loopback address, that the loopback address would reply, apparrently not.

Does anyone know if you can configure a 'source interface' for DHCP?
