Strange happenings with our Unity Voicemail. Last week I received an
onslaught of trouble calls where subscribers were both getting a lamp
but no new voicemail deliveries or the opposite where there would be no
lamp but new voicemails. The occurrences are not specific to any sector
of our network - they are all over the map. Any suggestions?

Reboot. If you're running UM then Exchange was most likely rebooted and
not sync'd with the inboxes.

Have you ran a sync?

Scott

Yeah, but his nightly MWI-resync should have fixed it... (if he has it
set up...)

Try to give more information in the post so everyone can better assist.

Exchange Version and SP
Unity Version and any ES
TSP version on Unity
CCM Version.
What does your exchange environment looks like? 1,2,etc.. Admins Groups, Routing Groups, Storage Groups, Mailstores.

Also, were there any service packs or patches installed on the Exchange server? Do you see any related errors or warnings in your app Event Log?
