On new CCM 4.13 cluster, Phone User BAT template doesn't associate users
with their phones. BAT indicates that the users and devices were
successfully added.
BAT version is 5.14c and ccm version is 4.13sr4d
TAC responded:
The field should be the Device Name and not just the MAC, please try
setting
this to for
example:
Bob,Curty,bcurty,,,Acad. Svc. Center,,,,SEP0017e099880b,9014
instead of:
Bob,Curty,bcurty,,,Acad. Svc. Center,,,,0017e099880b,9014
This did not work.
