CCM 3.3 + 2003 AD integration

| Hi,
We have CCM 3.3 integrated with Microsoft Active Directory (AD) 2000.Now we are in the process of upgrade 2000 AD to 2003 AD.
Any impact will be there .Any work around there to resolve the same.

| Our you using Unity UM? If so, you will need to upgrade the permissions
Wizard and with CM.... I think you just need to re-run the integration
plugin.
Not positive as it's been a long time ago.

| Definitely make sure you have the fix for CSCeb09099 - AD2003:
Upgrade to AD2003 fails because of incorrect labeledURI OID. It
caused a lot of headaches back in the day.
You also need to be aware of the new referrals introduced by AD 2003
when your search base is the root of the domain. If your DNS is set
up incorrectly or you have DCs over an unstable WAN (or just one with
high delay) from CM you will want to use the CM server's hosts file
to control which DCs it uses to contact forestdnszones,
domaindnszones, and your domain root (ie cisco.com).

Yes we have Unity 3.1 .
So I have to run upgrade the permissions Wizard in Unity then reinstallation AD integration plug-in on CCM

Cross check CCM version .It is 3.3 (4) Sr2 and found document is cisco site for 3.3 (3) and 3.3 (4) caveats (CSCeb09099) that were resolved.
