| I am facing a strange Unity Issue, I have unity 4.0.5 VM only with exchange
2000. MWI for some subscribers does not work, recreating the subscriber
accounts takes care of the Issue, I do not see any error message in unity
app log when I leave a test message for the subscriber and status on unity
did not change for MWI neither was there any app log error, I can dial the
MWI on and off numbers from callmanager, Recreating the subscriber account
resolved it.
Any pointers.
Thanks
Aman

| Have you checked to see that the message is even there when the light
doesn't turn on? In some cases I have found that the mailbox doesn't get the
proper permissions, for whatever reason, and I must recreate the box as
messages are never actually received.
