How about size and scalability?
Ease of management?

Even though I'm familiar enough with IOS, CME just seems a PITA to
configure and manage sometimes versus the (no too fantastic either)
web-based interface of CCM. CME's web based interface doesn't even
count as a proper interface, if you ask me

On the other hand, as far as I know/understand, CME 4x series is more
the little sibling of the 5x series of CCM, rather than the series 4x
(that would be more "comparable" to CME 3x). Things like SIP endpoint
support, support for the latest cisco SCCP phones, etc.

Can't really provide a point on the Unity differences though.
