for those who are putting stickers on phones - do you promote 9-911 or 911?

9-911 seems more common to me these days because of
all of the fools that dial 911 on accident and then
instead of calmly stating that it was a mistake,
immediately hang up and then have the entire brigade
show up on their doorstep. It depends on the client's
preference though I s'pose.
