IPCC 4.5 lost appadmin password

In IPCC 4.0 and before, you could rename the ccndir.ini file to .old
and you would be good to go...

You can't do that any more (the file is gone).... so, how do you
recover the password (we believe IPCC is not connecting to AXL on
CCM5...)
