Author CME SIP Loopback Call Routing ?

Hi,

In a CME running a SIP trunk, I need to be able to forward calls to
external destinations.
But if program a phone to forward, what I get is:

< Invite [local]
> Trying
> Moved Temporarily

< Ack

< Invite [external]

Now, If I allow this to progress, I actually open up a proxy for anybody
calling through, right ?

Is there any way to deal with this ? Like the loopback call routing,
os any reference authorization, or... ???
