Hi All,

I have a customer who is having problems with their main number. They have a
new PRI and all the DID's on the PRI works fine but the main number is not
working.

I am getting the following error when I call the number.

Bearer Capability i = 0x8090A2

Standard = CCITT

Transfer Capability = Speech

Transfer Mode = Circuit

Transfer Rate = 64 kbit/s

Channel ID i = 0xA98382

Exclusive, Channel 2

Calling Party Number i = 0x2183, '3129251265'

Called Party Number i = 0xC1, '6513328000'

0x243A

Cause i = 0x80E10D - Message type not implemented

Has anybody experienced this and is there something I need to be aware of or
change in Call manager to make this work. Please let me know.

Thanks

MGCP or H323? Does the H323 router have the extension or is the
extension in CM for MGCP?

I'm encountering this "message type not implemented"
on a customer line but encountering no issues so I
don't think it is prudent to assume that is the error
behind your customer's problem.
