Using Greetings Administrator across Unitys

We have two Unity servers using the same AD. I'd like someone to be able to manage call handlers on one Unity but their account is on the other Unity.

I can create a distribution list and add the userID no problem, but when I call the greetings administrator extension it says my account is not valid.

Any ideas?
