rouge subscriber in unity

We have a rouge subscriber in unity that I can not find. I ran dbwalker toclear this up, but no help. We are trying to import an subscriber from AD/exchange. And it appears that unity thinks it already in its database. If I do a dial by name directory unity see the subscriber. But I can not fine this user in unity. What else can I try to clear this out?
