I understand in Unity 4.2 you can listen to someone leaving you a
voicemail, if you like what they are saying you can pickup the call?
Allows you to screen calls from pest salespeople...



I don't see where in the guides how to use this or configure Unity call
monitoring.

The feature is called message monitor and it was first look in 4.2.

Looks like they pulled the PDFs from ciscounitytools.com but you can
still download the videos and check them out.

I believe the "message monitor" feature you are looking for is not fully supported until v5 but it is available as a "first look" in v4.2.

Take a look here and do a CTRL-F for "message monitor" I believe it's the last one.
