| Hi all, i have never had an 7921 in my ccm 4.1. I just bought two 7921
and need to add them.
I downloaded cmterm-7921-sccp.1-0-4.exe, run it but... i can't find the
7921 in the device list.
What else must i do?
Thanks

| Either install the latest SR for 4.1 or the latest Device Pack.

| Hi Ryan
4.2(1)Devpack 05.5 is not available for download. Only 4.2(1)Devpack
06.0 and 4.2(1)Devpack 05.3. I guess, any devpack above 0.60 will do my job?
Thanks

| It looks like 4.2(1)Devpack 05.5 had the fix for CSCsg54074 - Update
7921 CSV and XML files for FCS. I'm guessing this is where support
was introduced.
That said 4.2(1) is not being maintained any longer so your customer
should really be on 4.2(3).

The latest devpack for 4.2(1) is ciscocm.4-2-1-DevPack-07.0 (22 Feb
2007) whose the release notes say nothing about 7921!

| The latest dev pack should do the trick.
