Backup CER 1.3.2 and CM 5.1.2

| I'm hoping someone can help me out.
I'm running CM 5.1.2 and the Disaster recovery System is the way to back up
CM, but How do I backup the CER 1.3.2 server as it's windows? Do I use BARS
and make it the backup server?
